  • Production Assistant and its’ modules can be installed on all of the PC’s in your system with a single password.
  • The amount of copies that will run at any one time is limited by your license. For example, you purchase a three user license. This means that you can install Production Assistant on all of your PC’s but it will only allow three to run at a time.

Distribution
The distribution of Production Assistant is done electronically only. After you purchase a license you will be given a password to unlock the product in an email sent directly to your email address. It is very important that you indicate a working and valid email address when you place your order with us. Without a valid email address or phone number we must contact you via mail in order to give you the passwords, and this can take several days.

Invoicing
By default, all order acknowledgements and related paperwork are sent to you electronically via email. If for any reason you need a printed invoice for personal, company policy, tax reasons, etc. please contact us and we will mail you a printed invoice immediately.

A 90 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee applies to the range of Production Assistant software. Once we have confirmed that you have uninstalled the program, you will be sent your refund.

Updates and Upgrades
Product versions are described by a set of four digits. For Example V2.1.1.0 The four sets of digits represent, in turn, Major Version, Minor Version, Release Number, Build Number.

All purchasers of Production Assistant and its’ associated add-ons are provided with unlimited free minor upgrades (2.1, 2.2, 2.3 etc) for both bug fixes and feature upgrades.

Major upgrades (3.x, 4.x) will also be free if you have purchased the product within 6 months of the upgrade release date. If you have not purchased the product within this 6 month period, then you will be required to purchase the major upgrade at the time of release if you choose to upgrade.

To get the most benefit out of Production Assistant, sign up for a support contract and receive:

  • Every new version of Production Assistant, including all major releases and patches
  • Priority email support
  • If needed, help can be provided via a remote control system where Production Assistant Software technical support personnel will temporarily control your computer using CoPilot to get Production Assistant up and running.

Even without a support contract, you are entitled to:

Production Assistant support contracts are purchased in one year increments at $0.75 (US$) per week per user. For example, if you have 4 users, a one year support contract is $156. (Australian customers will pay 10% GST).
A single user will pay only $39 per year to stay completely up to date.
Whether or not you purchase a support contract, you’ll receive 180 days of support, free.

If you wish to resume a support contract after it has lapsed, you may do so by paying for the period from the time it has lapsed.
