A position exists for a part-time support person at Production Assistant Software.
The position would suit a freelance or self employed I.T. professional based in Australia who has some experience of the Audio-Visual Hire & Production Industry. You will be expected to respond to support requests in a timely manor and to give accurate information to users of Production Assistant Software. While training will be given on the specific software systems used, it is expected that you should have a good working knowledge of Windows based computer systems and networks.
During the initial trial period you will be expected to provide between 2-4 hours of logged support per week. Hours and pay rates are negotiable after the initial trial period. Times are flexible but you must be able to provide at least half your weekly hours during Australian business hours. The rest of the time is at your convenience.
